You can do several things with your credit card on Fitli, including:

Adding a credit card
Removing a credit card
Managing Multiple Cards
Update your credit card on file (new expiration date, new card, etc)

Here's how!

Adding a new credit card

If you're a new client and haven't yet made a purchase with your business, you may need to add a credit card to your file.

First, log into your Fitli account.  Then, click on the 'Account' section at the top, and then the 'Personal Billing' section on the left.

You'll see that you have no credit card listed as 'on file'.  Simply enter your credit card information, then click 'SAVE' at the bottom.

You'll see the credit card screen update with the details of your card on file!

Removing a Credit Card

First, log into your Fitli account.  Then, click on the 'Account' section at the top, and then the 'Personal Billing' section on the left.  Simply click the 'Edit' button on the right side to start removing a card.

Then, click the red 'X' next to a card you'd like to remove.

Then, click 'Yes' to confirm the removal of a card.  Then, click 'SAVE' at the bottom.

That's it, you've removed a card!

Managing Multiple Cards

You may find that you have multiple credit cards on file with a business if you've recently switched cards and made several purchases, or if your business charged different cards in the past. You may need to remove or delete a card that is no longer active, here's how!

First, log into your Fitli account.  Then, click on the 'Account' section at the top, and then the 'Personal Billing' section on the left. Determine which card you'd like to remove.  Then, simply click the 'Edit' button on the right side to start removing a card.

In the screenshot above, you can see how the credit cards listed in your account (if you have multiple cards) are managed:

-The top credit card is the 'default' card used for purchases and for your auto-renewing membership
-The next cards listed are sorted in order of newest to oldest, newest on top (below the default) and oldest on the bottom
-It is important to REMOVE any credit cards that are expired or no longer active
-If you remove the default card, the most recently added (the #2 card on the list) moves into the #1 spot

To remove a card, follow the same process as in the 'Deleting Cards' section above. Click 'Edit', then click the red 'X' next to the card you'd like to remove. Then, click 'SAVE' to save the updates to your cards.

Updating an Existing Credit Card

Sometimes, you may need to update an existing credit card with a new expiration date, here's how!

First, log into your Fitli account.  Then, click on the 'Account' section at the top, and then the 'Personal Billing' section on the left. Determine which card you'd like to edit or update (if you have multiple cards).

To update a credit card on file, first, you need to DELETE that card. Then, you'll be re-adding the card with the updated expiration date back into your account.

To remove the expired/old/bad card, click 'Edit' on the side to start removing a card.

Then, click the red 'X' next to a card you'd like to remove.

Then, click 'Yes' to confirm the removal of a card. Then, click 'SAVE' at the bottom.

Then, follow the process to add a new credit card back to your account.

On the screenshot above, you'll see that you have no credit card listed as 'on file'. Simply enter your updated/new credit card information, then click 'SAVE' at the bottom.
