Did you know you're able to allow packages to be shared by groups of people such as family, and friends? Instead of requiring each client to maintain an individual account with separate emails, logins, and packages, you can allow them to share all of the above!

How does it work?

You, the business, can designate which packages are shareable. Then, clients who've purchased these packages or memberships, can 'share' them with relationships. Relationships can be added by the business or by the client. Typically, relationships are children, friends, family members, co-workers, etc. Once these relationships are created, you and your clients can book themselves and their relationship/s into classes or appointments using the package/membership purchased by them, the main account owner.

A typical example might be a family of 4 - mom, dad, and two kids. The parent account (mom) purchases a 'family membership'. Then, dad and the kids are added to her account as relationships. These relationships, along with the parent account, can all be booked into classes or appointments using the one purchased package.

What are the benefits of using Relationships?

With Relationships, your clients won't have to purchase a separate membership for EACH person booking into a class or appointment. Also, you don't need to have a completely separate client account for each person booking, you or your client can just create a relationship under the 'parent' account.

What do Relationships do now, and what's planned for the future?

Right now you, as a business, and the main account holder, will be able to use Relationships to book their relationships into classes and appointments. You can manage their relationships, create shared packages, and perform booking and sales for your clients and their Relationship accounts. Clients will have an expanded view in the web and mobile app showing the bookings and activity of their relationships. They will also be able to cancel bookings for their primary and related accounts.

In the future, we plan to add the ability to allow packages and memberships to be purchased ONLY for individual Relationship accounts.
